Weekly Office Hours for Cognos 10 Reporting

 

CIS has just completed the upgrade of our IBM Cognos
reporting system from version 8 to version 10.  While the previous reporting tools are still available, new features and tools have been added.  This reporting tool can help departments access the data from our student information system, CX into organized reports. This web-based tool allows faculty and staff to run reports as needed. To help make the transition to this upgraded software, Veronica Hart will be holding weekly office hours for support of Cognos 10! Come learn about the available features, create and modify reports, and work through any issues you are experiencing- every Tuesday 3:30-4:30pm in Sprague 5!
